Overview
Dream Club is Marie Forleo's premium coaching + community membership designed to help ambitious creatives and entrepreneurs build more wealth, joy, and freedom without burnout. I helped lead design and launch strategy for the end-to-end digital experience on Mighty Networks (Marie's preferred platform), shaping the onboarding, community architecture, engagement loops, and scalable systems that support live programming, mentoring, and member connection.


The Challenge
Most membership communities struggle with two problems: overwhelm and drop-off. Dream Club needed to feel high-touch and “inner circle” while serving a broad, global member base with different goals, industries, and schedules.


Branding &Â Identity
Dream Club needed to feel distinct from other Marie Forleo programs—premium, joyful, and modern—while still fitting the larger brand ecosystem.

The Solution
I designed a structured, premium community experience that balances personalization, clarity, and engagement systems. Using Mighty Networks as the foundation, we built an experience that guides members from onboarding to action—then into an ongoing loop of live programming, community participation, and progress.

Dream Club launched with exceptional first-year 7-figure revenue performance. The experience balanced live programming, intentional rituals, and community participation, driving strong engagement while establishing a scalable foundation for ongoing programming and global growth.
